These terms describe use of KeepSake, published by Baldwin Tree LLC. The app helps you record and organize stories. Your App Store license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms do not replace that agreement or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Your stories and permissions
You retain your rights to the content you add. Adding content does not transfer ownership to Baldwin Tree LLC. You are responsible for obtaining permission to record people and use or share photos, stories, and other material. Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights or break applicable law.
Storage and backups
KeepSake stores your library on your device. We do not maintain an online library or recovery service. You are responsible for keeping backups outside the app and checking that they can be restored. Deletion, device loss, or failure may cause data loss. Files shared or exported are managed independently of the original library.
Transcripts and shared content
Automated transcripts can contain errors; review them before relying on or sharing them. Third-party sharing and storage services apply their own terms, limits, and privacy policies.
App ownership and availability
The app’s software, branding, and original design belong to Baldwin Tree LLC or their respective licensors. Do not misuse the app or interfere with its operation. Features and compatibility may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes rights provided by consumer law. Apple’s Standard EULA also describes applicable warranty and liability provisions.
