Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Baldwin Tree LLC handles information for The Numerology Game. This policy is intended to cover the app on Apple App Store platforms and, if released there, Google Play platforms.
Summary
The Numerology Game is a quiz game. The app does not require an account, does not ask for a player name, does not use a leaderboard, and does not send game scores to a backend server. Recent game history is stored locally on your device.
Information We Store Locally
The app stores your recent game history locally on your device, including score, streak, and date for the last 35 games. This local history is used only to show your own recent results inside the app.
Local game history is not transmitted to the developer and is not sold. You can remove this local data by deleting the app from your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
The app itself does not collect or request:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials
- Camera, microphone, contacts, health, or precise location access
- Payment information
- User-generated public content
- Leaderboard entries or online score records
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to show third-party banner ads and interstitial ads after Game Over. The app does not include rewarded ads. Users may make an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove banner and interstitial ads.
Ads are configured for non-personalized/contextual ad serving, and Google's publisher first-party identifier is disabled. The app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not intentionally request access to the IDFA. Before requesting ads, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and record consent choices where required. A Privacy Choices control is made available in the app when Google indicates that users must be able to revisit those choices. Active timed gameplay is kept ad-free.
Even when non-personalized ads are used, Google may process information to deliver ads, limit fraud and abuse, cap ad frequency, measure ad performance, and comply with legal requirements. Depending on device, region, consent choices, and Google SDK behavior, this may include coarse location inferred from an IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, crash data, performance data, other diagnostic data, IP address, and app or device information. Some data may be linked to a device or used by Google for advertising or measurement purposes. Google handles this information according to its own policies.

In-App Purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive or store your payment card or bank information. The app uses Apple-provided transaction and entitlement information only to complete, restore, and maintain access to the purchased ad-free feature. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Consent and Tracking
The app is configured for non-personalized ads and does not include an App Tracking Transparency prompt or intentionally access the IDFA. Google may nevertheless use device, advertising, interaction, or technical data as described above, subject to consent choices and Google's own definitions and practices. The app requests consent information before loading ads and does not load ads when Google's SDK reports that ads cannot be requested. If advertising or platform requirements change, this policy and the app's store disclosures will be updated.
Analytics
The app does not include a separate developer analytics SDK. The developer may receive aggregated information made available by app stores or ad platforms, such as basic download, crash, or ad performance reporting, subject to those platforms' policies.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can address the issue.
Data Sharing
The developer does not sell your personal information. The app shares data only as necessary for integrated third-party advertising through Google AdMob, as described above, or as required by law.
Data Retention
Local game history remains on your device until it is overwritten by newer game history or until you delete the app. Third-party advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's own policies.
Your Choices
- You can delete local game history by deleting the app from your device.
- You can make an optional one-time purchase to remove ads and restore that purchase through the app.
- You can manage device-level ad and privacy settings through your operating system settings.
- You can review Google's privacy controls through Google's privacy resources linked above.
Security
The app is designed to minimize data collection. Local history is stored using standard device storage. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the app avoids collecting account credentials or sensitive personal information.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the app after an updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
