These terms apply to The Numerology Game, published by Baldwin Tree LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's applicable licensed application end user license agreement.

Educational and Entertainment Use

The Numerology Game is a quiz and training tool provided solely for educational and entertainment purposes. Numerology, astrology, zodiac descriptions, personality interpretations, and related content are belief-based or interpretive material. They are not scientific findings and are not professional, medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, career, relationship, or other advice.

Do not use the app as the basis for important personal, medical, legal, financial, employment, or relationship decisions. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is needed.

No Affiliation or Endorsement

The Numerology Game and its developer are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or officially connected to GG33 or any associated person, company, community, or brand. The app may draw upon general numerology knowledge and ideas that GG33 and many others have discussed publicly. No ownership, authorization, endorsement, or exclusive relationship is claimed or implied.

Intellectual Property

The app's original software, interface, artwork, written presentation, and branding are proprietary and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. General numerology and astrology facts, systems, methods, and ideas remain the property of their respective sources or the public domain where applicable. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Purchases and Advertising

The app may display third-party advertising. Advertising content is supplied by third parties and does not constitute an endorsement by the developer. The optional Remove Ads product is a non-consumable purchase processed by the applicable app store and may be restored through the app using the account that made the purchase. App store billing, refunds, and transaction processing are governed by the store's terms and policies.

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the app's interpretations, inability to use the app, third-party advertisements, or loss of locally stored game history. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you interpret and use information presented by the app. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of the developer or third parties.

These terms may be updated as the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are posted.
